WHAT IS OUR STYLING CONSULT SERVICE?

This is a service allowing anyone, anywhere to access our styling service via the world of virtual consultation or in person. Unlike our Styling to Sell Packages this service is specifically designed for those wanting a little extra help in making their own home beautiful. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply pop us an Enquiry or call 0412469663 to arrange a consult time.

This is for the folks that aren’t on the Tweed or Gold Coast or those that just can't be around at the conventional work hours but could really benefit from a Stylist consult simply complete the form with your requirements and we will be in touch initially via phone to coordinate a time suitable to “walk through “your home via Skype, Zoom or Facetime.

During this initial consult we will gain an understanding of you, of your property, what you are hoping to achieve in your home and devise a plan on how we can best help you.

BASIC STYLING PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

A good option for those who have the eye for style but just need advice to know they are on the right track to presenting their property ready for a new look, for tenancy or even sale.

- 1 hour (virtual or in person) viewing of property with owner

- During this consultation we will complete a Property Assessment checklist guide on the best direction for the owner.

- We will provide advice on what furniture to include / remove in each room, the style and recommended decorative items.

- Post the meeting you will be supplied with Mood boards of suggested styles to give owner better understanding of themes discussed during consultation

- Ongoing advice via email until owner has property ready for sale

DELUXE STYLING PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

This is the perfect option if you require an expert eye and professional assistance and are needing more than the basic package offers. The portfolio will include a comprehensive, customised report that clearly outlines the recommended steps listed below that you can take to increase the value of your home and present at its best for sale.

- All inclusions in the Basic Consultation plus;

- Post meeting you will be provided with a professional portfolio of recommendations on what needs to be addressed to maximize the property’s potential when preparing it for sale.

- Mood Boards of the suggested styles

- Photographic guide of each room and options of how to stage and what theme of styles.

- Advice on how best to create visual appeal through placement of furniture and suggested supplier of items

- Suggested repairs and maintenance – and list of recommended reputable trades to assist

- Basic decorating tips i.e. How to style cushions, make beds for presentation etc
